I had a great stay at Church Boutique Hotel Hang Trong. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi, being just a few minutes' walk from the lake and numerous attractions. The staff, especially Mr. Chandan and Lily, were really good in their service, ensuring I felt at home and accommodating all my needs. However, I did notice that the rooms could be quite dark due to their window situation, which might be a downside for some.

While the service from the staff was great and they went above and beyond to help, the hotel itself felt a bit run-down and in need of renovations.
